What type of storage does Cloud Servers use?
Question:
What type of storage does Cloud Servers use?

Answer:
The storage for each Cloud Server is located on a distributed storage area network.

This means that your Cloud Server is not 'tied' or 'pinned' to a specific physical host within the Cloud Central infrastructure, meaning that your Cloud Server can survive the failure of a physical host within our infrastructure, and be restarted automatically on another physical host within our infrastructure.

This is in direct contrast to other providers such as Amazon and Rackspace which use local storage.
