Why can't I sent SMTP mail from my Cloud Server?
Answer:
We have disabled SMTP Internet bound traffic for all Cloud Servers by default in order to prevent abuse of the system by spammers.
If you wish to send email to the Internet from your Cloud Server, please contact support@cloudcentral.com.au with your account name, and a reasonable explanation. We will permit legitimate users and organisations send email, but need to be careful to protect our network from spammers!
