How do I close my account?

The first thing to say is why would you like to close your account?  If there is a problem with your service, please contact mangement@cloudcentral.com.au and we will immediately look into your issue.

If you still wish to close your account, please send an email from email address of the primary contact for your account to support@cloudcentral.com.au.  We will then call you to verify the account closure request to ensure that it is valid.
