When creating new Cloud Server how can I choose which Network Access Group it should appear in?

Answer:

After your new Cloud Server has been created by the system, you can elect to associate a Cloud IP address with your instance.  Once you have associated a Cloud IP address with your instance, you will then be able to apply one or more Network Access Group's.
