Why does my first Cloud Server take so long to create?

Answer:

The first time you create a Cloud Server, we carry out several provisioning tasks in order to setup your private network.  This is a once off process that does not need to be repeated for your account.  You will notice your second and subsequent Cloud Servers are created much faster.
